Our commitment to an accessible website, what we've done so far, and how to tell us about a barrier you've run into.

Our Commitment
We aim for this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology like screen readers, switch devices, or keyboard-only navigation. The site is designed toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a working target, not a claim of full or certified compliance.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing practice, not a one-time checklist. We continue to review and improve the site as it grows.
What's in Place Today
The following practices are actually implemented across this site, not aspirational:
- Full keyboard navigation, including a skip-to-content link and visible focus indicators
- Semantic heading structure on every page (one H1 per page, no skipped heading levels)
- Labeled form fields with accessible, associated error messages
- Support for reduced-motion preferences
- Responsive layouts that work across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports
- Automated accessibility scanning (axe-core) run against every real page as part of our testing process
- Manual keyboard and viewport checks alongside automated scanning
Known Limitations
Automated and manual checks catch a great deal, but not everything. We have not yet completed a manual screen-reader pass (e.g. VoiceOver, NVDA, or JAWS) across the whole site, and color contrast has not been audited against final brand colors, since a confirmed brand palette doesn't exist yet. Reporting an Accessibility Problem
If you run into a barrier using this site, we'd like to know about it. Use the contact form and describe what happened.

- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- The device, browser, and assistive technology you were using, if relevant
Report a Barrier
Please don't include sensitive medical or educational information about yourself or your child in an accessibility report. It isn't needed to diagnose a site issue, and this form isn't set up to handle that kind of information securely. We don't currently promise a specific response time for accessibility reports.
