Gabriel's approach
Built from the classroom, not just the research
Gabriel's training draws on direct experience as a former exceptional education teacher and former registered behavior technician, not just outside research on behavior. The goal is a practical, shared framework staff can actually use, not a one-time inspirational talk.
Sessions are built around the same SHIFT framework used throughout SHIFT Parenting: self-regulation first, instruction over punishment, and repair after conflict, adapted to fit the audience, whether that's a staff meeting, a parent night, or a full training day.
